We are seeking a warm and professional Clinic Receptionist to provide excellent patient service, manage appointments, maintain records, assist with billing, and support smooth clinic operations.
Responsibilities
- Greet patients and visitors warmly to create a welcoming environment and deliver excellent customer service
- Manage appointment scheduling, cancellations, and send reminders to optimize patient flow
- Respond promptly to phone calls, emails, and patient enquiries to ensure clear communication
- Maintain accurate patient records and perform data entry to support clinical documentation
- Assist with billing, payments, and processing insurance claims to facilitate financial transactions
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure efficient patient flow and timely care delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the clinic to promote a safe and pleasant environment
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Prior experience in customer service or healthcare reception to enhance patient interaction quality
- Basic computer literacy including MS Office and scheduling software to support administrative tasks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients and team members
- Good organisational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
- Professional, courteous, and patient-focused attitude to uphold clinic standards and patient satisfaction
