Job Summary
Our clinic seeks a full-time receptionist cum administrative assistant to manage communications, schedule appointments, handle payments, maintain medical records, type reports, ensure clinic cleanliness, and manage stock of medication and consumables.
Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly to support patient communication
- Schedule patient appointments efficiently to optimize clinic workflow
- Collect payments accurately and process transactions securely
- Maintain and update medical records to ensure accurate patient information
- Type medical reports clearly and accurately for clinical documentation
- Maintain cleanliness of the clinic to provide a safe and welcoming environment
- Conduct stock taking and order medication and consumables to ensure adequate supplies
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Achieved minimum pass grade for GCE O level or equivalent
- Demonstrate moderate typing speed to complete documentation tasks efficiently
- Use Microsoft Word proficiently to prepare clinic documents and reports
- Operate clinic software systems effectively to manage patient and clinic data
- Possess at least 3 years of experience working in a medical outpatient clinic (GP or specialist) to understand clinic operations
