Responsibilities
- Provide front-line services such as registering patients, coordinating, and scheduling appointment for patients, attending emails and call /message enquiries for patients
- Provide day-to-day administrative and clinical support for the clinic
- Handle finance matters such as issuing invoices, collecting payments and daily settlements
- Assist specialist with patients medical reviews in the consultation rooms, explanation of condition to patient and their family members, measurement taking for patient and fitting of scoliosis braces
- Fitting of orthopedic appliances/compression garments for in-patient at nearby hospitals or patients in other private clinics
- Inventory control
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Candidate must be a Singaporean/PR
- Candidate must possess at least A level or equivalent
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- A team player with good interpersonal, customer service and numeracy skills
- IT Savvy and well-versed in Microsoft Office Suite
- Quick-witted, Self-initiated, Willing to learn
- Proficient in English
- No experience required, training is provided
- Working days from Tuesday to Saturdays
