Job Description

Job Responsibility

Deliver nursing services including phlebotomy, vital signs, body composition analysis, and diagnostic tests.
Support physicians and allied health teams during consultations and procedures.
Assist in developing and coordinating personalized lifestyle intervention plans.
Maintain high patient service standards with discretion and comfort.
Administer medications according to guidelines and protocols.
Manage specimen logistics and ensure compliance with handover protocols.
Maintain accurate medical documentation and adhere to PDPA and MOH guidelines.
Ensure clinic cleanliness, infection control, and regulatory compliance.
Monitor clinical inventory and report discrepancies.
Support incident reporting, SOP updates, and clinic audits for MOH licensing.
Participate in professional development and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing with valid SNB registration.
Active BCLS certification or willingness to renew.
Ability to manage situations with professionalism and empathy.
Good decision-making skills to respond quickly and effectively in dynamic or emergency situations.
Openness to continuous learning in lifestyle medicine, personalized care, and innovative practices.
Genuine passion for preventive healthcare, lifestyle medicine, and longevity medicine.
