Key Responsibilities:
- Register patients for consultation and assist with appointments
- Prepare and dispense medications, as well as advise on payment options
- Handle phone and walk-in queries with professionalism and care
- Top up, pack, and order medications and supplies
- Assist doctors with simple procedures (e.g. taking vitals, performing tests, setting up equipment, chaperone, prepare lab tubes/forms, assisting in clinic procedures )
- Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment
- Support Clinic Manager and/or Doctors with any other duties as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Working hour - Mon - Friday 8.30am to 5pm Saturday 8.30am to 1pm
- Minimum GCE O/ A Levels or Diploma holders
- Some experience in nursing AN or Staff Nurse.
- Comfortable with computers and the Internet
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Humble, hardworking, and responsible attitude
- Able to adapt quickly and step in to cover shifts at short notice
- Speaks Mandarin and English
