Clinic Nurse (Japanese-Speaking)

Location: Novena, Singapore
Working Hours: Based on clinic schedule
Salary: Commensurate with experience

About the Role:

We are a trusted medical clinic located in Novena, catering primarily to Japanese patients. We are seeking a dedicated and caring Nurse or Clinic Assistant who is fluent in Japanese to support our medical team and ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist doctors with medical procedures, patient assessments, and follow-ups.
• Perform basic clinical tasks such as measuring vital signs, preparing examination rooms, and handling medical instruments.
• Manage patient registration, appointment scheduling, and administrative duties.
• Communicate effectively with patients in Japanese and English, ensuring clarity and comfort.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and infection control standards within the clinic.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience or qualifications in nursing or clinical assistance.
• Bilingual in English and Japanese in order to liaise with Japanese speaking patients.
• Friendly and patient-oriented
• Prior experience in a clinic or healthcare setting is preferred.
• Able to work based on clinic's schedule, including weekends if required.
