Demonstrate a high standard of professional and person conduct to ensure treatments and clinical nursing procedures are carried out in accordance to the standard of nursing practice.
Participate in initiating and implementing change to improve the quality of care and work processes in the clinic.
Demonstrate interest in improving and upgrading nursing knowledge and skills by attending in-service talks, courses or seminars.
Ensure smooth operations of various procedures done in the clinic.
Maintain effective communication and interpersonal relations with clients/ families, external and internal customers.
Maintain clean and safe environment.
Handle sensitive information with highest degree of integrity and confidentiality.
Ensure PDPA (Personal Data Protection Act) guidelines is observed.
Any Ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.
Job Requirements:
Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
Possession of a valid Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) Certificate (mandatory).
Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical or nursing experience preferred.
Self‑motivated, adaptable, and willing to embrace continuous learning and change.
