The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Clinic Manager to lead the operations of a specialist outpatient clinic focused on oncology and haematology services. This includes overseeing care for non-subsidised patients and managing treatment areas for chemotherapy administration.

As the Clinic Manager, you will be responsible for planning, directing, coordinating, and evaluating all aspects of clinic operations-spanning patient care, resource management, and team leadership. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining high standards of clinical and service excellence, ensuring a seamless experience for patients.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure high-quality, patient-centric care.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team comprising Patient Service Associates (PSAs), nurses, and other healthcare professionals
• Collaborate with doctors, pharmacists, and allied health colleagues to implement efficient, patient-focused workflows
• Develop and execute strategic work plans aligned with best practices and operational goals
• Manage clinic resources and budgets effectively while maintaining compliance with clinical standards
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement through process reviews and innovation
• Champion staff engagement and professional development serve as a role model and mentor to your team
• Address operational challenges and spearhead initiatives to enhance clinic performance and service delivery

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Registered Nurse with a valid practicing certificate
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in managing clinic operations
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to drive operational improvements and implement effective clinic workflows
• Passion for service excellence and staff development in a healthcare setting
