Responsibilities
- Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure high-quality, patient-centric care.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team comprising Patient Service Associates (PSAs), nurses, and other healthcare professionals
- Collaborate with doctors, pharmacists, and allied health colleagues to implement efficient, patient-focused workflows
- Develop and execute strategic work plans aligned with best practices and operational goals
- Manage clinic resources and budgets effectively while maintaining compliance with clinical standards
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement through process reviews and innovation
- Champion staff engagement and professional development serve as a role model and mentor to your team
- Address operational challenges and spearhead initiatives to enhance clinic performance and service delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Registered Nurse with a valid practicing certificate
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in managing clinic operations
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to drive operational improvements and implement effective clinic workflows
- Passion for service excellence and staff development in a healthcare setting
