Clinic Executive

Teeth. Q Dental Surgeons @ Hougang Green is seeking to hire a clinic executive for its clinic operations.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out important frontline duties such as patient registration, appointment scheduling and payment collection
• Providing good support and service to ensure smooth and efficient patient flow in the clinic
• Preparing the treatment room and assisting the dentist during treatment
• Maintaining clinic equipment, instruments and materials in good order
• Having a good standard of infection control
• Performing basic dental laboratory works

Requirements

• Singaporeans (SC) / SPR / Long Term Visit Pass (LTVP) holders / Dependant's Pass (DP) holders
• Minimum N / O Levels or equivalent
• Having a good sense of responsibility
• Being able to be a team player - good communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in Dental Assisting: minimum 1 year
• Having a positive attitude!
