Clinic Assistant

The clinic's address is at 360 Orchard Road #07-04, International Building ( Orchard MRT )

We are looking for hourly paid clinic assistant to join us for mornings from Monday to Saturday.

This person must be customer service oriented, have a pleasant personality, is honest and most importantly a team player.

Able to communicate well and have some computer skills.

Duties Include:

Registering patients, taking appointments

Carry out some administrative duties and answering phone calls

Prepare and dispense medications when required

Monitor drug stock levels

Assisting the doctor with procedures when required

Typing of medical reports using standard formatting

And some other duties the management deems fit from time to time.

Job requirement:

Experience preferred.

Language spoken:

Able to handle English and Mandarin speaking patients.

Working Hours:

Mondays to Fridays: 9:00am to 1:00pm

Saturdays: 8:30am - 12:00 noon

We are closed on Sundays and All Public Holidays

Salary: $12.00 to $14.00 per hour

Our clinic hours:

Mondays Wednesdays Fridays: 9:00am to 5:00pm

Tuesdays and Thursday: 9:00am to 1:00pm

Saturdays: 8:30am to 12noon

Closed on all Sundays/PH
