Clinic Assistant

• Position : Clinic Assistant
• Location : Mount Elizabeth
• Working hours : 5.5 Days Work Week - Monday to Friday: 9.00AM to 5.30PM, Saturdays: 9.00AM to 12.30PM
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,500 + 14 Days Annual Leave + Medical & Dental Benefits
• Duration : Perm
• Industry : Urology Clinic

Responsibilities:

• Patient Service: Front-desk management, appointment booking, and enquiries.
• Financial Handling: Cashiering, insurance claims, and Medisave processing.
• Clinic Support: Assist management, liaise with vendors, and renew licenses.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in Specialists Clinics
• Candidates needs to have mandarin language proficiency to communicate with Mandarin speaking customers
