Join Alpha Chiropractic Health as a part-time or full-time Clinical Assistant to deliver excellent patient service and administrative support, ensuring smooth clinic operations and a positive patient experience in our Tanjong Pagar healthcare practice.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome patients to create a friendly and professional reception environment
- Assist patients with intake and registration to ensure accurate and efficient processing
- Schedule and coordinate patient appointments to optimize clinic workflow
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records for clinical and administrative use
- Prepare treatment rooms and maintain cleanliness to uphold clinic hygiene standards
- Perform administrative tasks to support clinical team operations and patient care
- Deliver high standards of customer service to enhance patient satisfaction
- Manage daily clinic operations to ensure smooth functioning of services
- Procure and purchase clinic supplies and conduct regular stock takes to maintain inventory

- Previous experience in healthcare or customer service environments to support patient interactions
