Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Clinic Assistant to support daily operations at our healthcare clinic. The role involves managing administrative tasks, coordinating documentation, and ensuring smooth clinic operations.
Key Responsibilities:
. Provide daily support to the department, include preparing of the documents and reports
. Receive, screen and register patients into the clinical system
. Address any inquires / feedback or any other concerns from patients
. Arranges for prescribed laboratory tests, specialist referrals and/or any other procedures
. Obtains and verifies patient billing information before collecting payment
. Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of all unit facilities, equipment and tidy the general appearance of the counter
. Perform data entry and closure of daily settlement
. Handle incoming phone calls and making of appointments
. Any other adhoc duties as assigned by Clinic Manager
Requirements
. Related working experience in healthcare and understanding of medical terminology/ abbreviations/ jargon will be added advantage
. Strong computer skills. Proficient in MS Office Advantage
. Meticulous, eye for details, precise, organised and efficient
. Good communication and interpersonal skill
. Effective team player and able to work in fast paced environment
. 5.5 days work week (Monday to Friday Half Saturday)
