O2 Lung Centre Pte Ltd is looking for energetic and committed individuals to join our group of specialist clinics at multiple locations. Our team of Clinic Assistants play a critical role in delivering quality care and services to our patients and ensuring the smooth running of daily clinic operations.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform receptionist duties (e.g. attend to phone calls/visitors).
- Upkeep clinic facilities/premise, including ensure overall cleanliness of clinic.
- Attend to patients and perform front-desk duties such as patient registration, appointments, billing/payment collection, coordinate investigation/procedure schedules, etc.
- Perform administrative duties such as insurance/medisave claims, maintain filling system, maintain accurate clinical data records, accounts settlement, stock taking, etc.
- Assist doctors during consultation and clinic procedures if required (e.g. chaperoning, perform in-house procedures, such as Lung Function Test, Skin Prick Allergy Test, Infleunza Test, etc.)
- Any other tasks as directed by the Clinic Manager or Doctor
Requirements
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer service mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player.
- Experience in healthcare or customer service setting will be an advantage
- Able to commit to 5.5 day work week
- Comfortable with deployment among 2 or more clinic locations (Central Singapore), when required
