Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Clinic Assistant to support daily clinic operations, assist medical procedures, and ensure a positive patient experience at our modern GP clinic in Orchard Road.

Responsibilities

Manage patient flow and operational tasks to ensure efficient daily clinic operations
Handle clinic appointments, patient registrations, and cashiering with accuracy and professionalism
Assist the doctor in performing clinical procedures including ECG, wound dressing, and point-of-care testing such as HbA1c for diabetes screening
Triaging patients presenting with Acute Respiratory Infection (ARI) symptoms to direct appropriate medical attention
Conduct rapid swab tests and PCR diagnostics for Influenza, COVID-19, and other respiratory viruses under supervision
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information responsibly
Communicate clearly and courteously with patients and colleagues to foster a friendly, patient-focused environment
Use clinic management software effectively for administrative tasks
Demonstrate punctuality, responsibility, and eagerness to develop clinical and operational skills
