Clinic Assistant

We are looking for a service-oriented team player with a strong passion to serve in healthcare to provide quality patient experience for the clients.

Job description

• Perform frontline service such as registration of patients, handle patients enquiries, attend to phone enquiries and scheduling of patients appointments.
• Preparation of drugs and dispensing of medicines
• Educate patients on the medication and procedures
• Assist doctor during patient consultations and minor procedures
• Provide nursing care to patients
• Perform administrative duties such as handle billing transactions, payment, insurance claim submissions and ensure proper documentation and filing.
• Manage clinic inventory and replenish of medicines and consumable items.
• Attend to other duties as assigned by the Doctor.

Requirements

• Nitec/Diploma in Nursing or relevant healthcare certification (Nurse/ Medical Support & Assistant) or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of working experience
• Familiar with clinic management software such as Clinic Assist, Plato Medical
• Proficiency in office software and basic medical equipment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking patients)
• Smart, proactive and willing to learn new skills.
• Able to commit to clinic working hours, including weekends (5.5 days work week).
