Job description:
Operational Management
- Ensuring smooth scheduling, daily operations, patient flow, and service delivery.
- Coordinate with to optimize clinic efficiency and uphold high service standards.
- Monitor inventory and ordering of supplements, functional lab kits, and clinic supplies.
- Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations, patient confidentiality, and safety protocols.
Patient Experience & Engagement
- Handle front desk, ensuring warm, professional, and empathetic interactions.
- Handle patient inquiries, feedback, and escalations with professionalism.
Logistics & Fulfillment
- Oversee packaging, shipping, and delivery of supplements, functional lab kits, and other wellness products.
- Coordinate with courier services and logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Track shipments, resolve delivery issues, and maintain clear communication with patients regarding order status.
- Implement efficient processes for inventory rotation, product labeling, and safe storage of sensitive materials.
- Work with the finance team to reconcile supplement sales, lab test orders, and delivery costs.
Team Support & Leadership
- Foster a collaborative environment across the clinic team.
- Provide backup support to the Clinic Manager in staff meetings, performance reviews, and workflow improvements.
Administrative & Financial Oversight
- Track and analyze clinic performance metrics (patient retention, appointment utilization, supplement sales).
- Assist with billing, invoicing, and reconciliation in coordination with the finance team.
