Responsibilities
- Perform administration duties.
- Assisting chiropractic doctors in the clinic.
- Schedule and follow up on patients appointment.
- Attending to patient queries and incoming calls.
- Perform daily general housekeeping to keep the clinic clean and tidy.
- Handling payments.
- Easy, non- high volume work shift.
- Able to manoeuvre physically with ease through confined spaces around treatment tables while assisting patient transition from sleep to stand position, if any.
Requirements
- Good interpersonal and communications skills.
- 36 hours per week scheduling.
- a total of 128 hours per month.
- able to take constructive feedback.
- team player.
- Computer literate.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Salary ranges from $2100 to $2600 depending on experience.
