Join our Medical Aesthetic Clinic team to support daily operations and deliver excellent customer service while assisting with administrative and marketing tasks in a friendly, professional environment.
Responsibilities
- Register patients and book appointments to ensure smooth clinic scheduling
- Capture and manage patient photos to support treatment records
- Process payments efficiently to maintain accurate financial records
- Respond promptly and clearly to customer enquiries to provide helpful information and enhance patient experience
- Organize and maintain case notes and patient records to ensure data accuracy
- Perform data entry and stock checks to support clinic inventory
- Assist with social media marketing to help promote clinic services
- Support overall clinic operations with team members to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 11am to 8pm
- Saturday: 10am to 6pm
- Sunday and Public Holidays: Off
