Job Description

Part-Time / Full-Time | 3–5 Days Per Week | (4-6 Months)

Psychology Blossom is looking for a reliable, warm and naturally communicative Clinic Assistant Intern to join our psychology and mental health clinic.

This is a hands-on, client-facing administrative role with opportunities to gain practical exposure to psychology, counselling and clinic operations.

Internship Details

Duration: 4–6 months

Commitment: 3–5 days per week

Part-time / Full-time: Both considered

Working days: Weekdays, with Saturdays shift on advance roster planning

Immediate position

Paid internship

Entry-level / no experience welcome

What You'll Do

  • Support daily clinic administration and operations
  • Welcome and communicate with clients professionally
  • Manage appointments, scheduling and therapist coordination
  • Assist with client records, forms, invoices and payment administration
  • Support general office organisation and clinic logistics
  • Assist the Clinic Manager with administrative projects and online platform updates
  • Gain exposure to the day-to-day operations of a psychology and counselling practice

What We're Looking For

  • Naturally communicative and comfortable facing clients
  • Warm, professional and service-oriented
  • Organised, responsible and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable with administrative-heavy work
  • Proactive, willing to learn and able to work independently
  • Comfortable using computers and digital systems
  • Previous customer service or administrative experience is an advantage
  • Interest in psychology, counselling, mental health, child development or related fields is a plus
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly
