ABOUT THE ROLE
Psychology Blossom is looking for a full-time Clinic Assistant Intern to support the daily administrative and operational functions of our psychology clinic.
This is a hands-on, front-line operations role. You will be involved in daily clinic operations, client support, and administrative coordination, while gaining structured exposure to how a psychology clinic functions.
This role is suitable for individuals who are organised, responsible, and interested in clinic operations and psychology-related environments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY
Clinic Operations & Front Desk
- Open and close the clinic according to established procedures
- Welcome clients professionally and warmly, and offer refreshments
- Ensure the clinic environment is clean, presentable, and welcoming at all times
- Manage front desk logistics and client flow during operating hours
Client & Therapist Support
- Support clients and therapists with scheduling and logistics via WhatsApp and other communication channels
- Provide clear, calm, and professional responses to client enquiries
- Escalate issues appropriately according to SOPs
Administrative & Operational Support
- Operate the Plato system when authorised, strictly following protocols
- Prepare, organise, and submit invoices to the relevant accounting platforms
- Order clinic supplies and ensure stock levels are maintained
- Collect mail, maintain pantry hygiene, water plants, and keep shared spaces organised
Coordination & Internal Support
- Support the administrative and operations team with day-to-day tasks
- Collaborate with the Business Development team on customer relationship management tasks when required
- Assist in ensuring SOPs are followed consistently
Psychology Assistant Exposure (Training-Based)
- Attend supervision sessions and internal meetings when required
- Assist psychologists with intake assessments, scoring, and interpretation of assessment tools under supervision
- Participate in learning opportunities relevant to clinic operations and psychology practice
Ad-Hoc Duties
- Additional tasks related to clinic administration and operations may arise from time to time
- All ad-hoc tasks will be discussed prior to assignment
REQUIREMENT
Education
- Undergraduate students, fresh college graduates, or diploma graduates
- Background in Psychology, Counselling, Administration, or related fields. Candidates from other disciplines are welcome if they demonstrate a strong interest in clinic work or have relevant experience in personal assistant, healthcare, or administration, or customer service.
Commitment
- Able to commit full-time (45 days per week)
- Able to commit for a minimum of 6 monthsul>
General
- Responsible, reliable, and growth-oriented, with an interest in contributing to operational protocol improvements and reporting processes to build strong, real-world clinic operations experience.
- Comfortable working in a client-facing clinic environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and SOPs
- Clear and professional communication skills (spoken and written English)
- Able to manage multiple tasks in a structured environment
- This is a Paid Internship Role
Experience in healthcare or psychology clinics is an advantage, but attitude, reliability, and ability to follow systems are essential.
