- Work with doctor and clinic staff to ensure smooth-running of the clinics daily operations
- Cover all clinic duties.
- Perform front desk duties such as attending to patient's registration, answering phone-calls for appointments and enquiries.
- Managing third party insurance claims, Medisave claims and Medishield claims.
- Support Doctor during consultations and minor procedures, chaperone when required assist within competency.
- Prepare consultation rooms, check equipment and consumables uphold cleanliness and infection-prevention standards.
- Dispense medications in accordance with clinic guidelines, policies and procedures.
- Uphold high standard of service quality and patient safety.
- Perform any other duties to be assigned by the doctor.
Job Requirements:
- Experienced in Plato is a must. Experience in helping patients in insurance claims.
- 1 year's of relevant working experience as a clinic assistant.
- Seeking a Chinese-speaking clinic assistant to provide translation support for patients.
- Excellent customer-service mindset.
- Working location: Mount Elizabeth Hospital
- Clinic Operating hours: Mon - Fri (8.30 am to 5.30 pm) and Sat (8.30 am to 12.30 pm)
