We are a trusted family medicine practice that is now expanding to include premier aesthetic services, such as Pico Laser, HIFU, and injectables. We believe in holistic care-for both health and wellness. We are looking for a dynamic Clinic Assistant who thrives in a diverse, fast-paced environment and wants to grow with us.

Your Unique Role: A Dual-Function Opportunity
This is a unique and rewarding position where you will be the operational bridge between our established family medicine services and our new aesthetic wing. You will gain broad experience and be integral to our clinic's success.

Hours & Work-Life Balance:

• Monday to Friday: 8:10am - 12:30pm 2:00pm - 6:00pm

• Saturday: 8:10am - 12:30pm

• We are closed on Sundays and Public Holidays.

What You'll Do (Duties & Responsibilities):

• You will manage a fulfilling blend of General Practice (GP) and Aesthetic duties:

Core Clinic Operations:

• Handle patient registration, appointments, payments, and insurance claims for both GP and aesthetic patients.

Clinical Support in Both Areas:

• GP Side: Assist with minor procedures, triage, dispensing medication, and infection control.

• Aesthetic Side: Assist the doctor during procedures, prepare treatment rooms, and provide pre/post-care support.

Patient Care & Administration:

• Be the warm, professional point of contact for all patient enquiries.

• Manage clinic inventory, from medical supplies to aesthetic consumables, and ensure smooth daily operations.

We Are Looking For Someone With:

Experience:

• At least 1-2 years of experience as a Clinic Assistant.
• Experience in both a GP/family clinic AND an aesthetic clinic is ideal.
• Candidates with strong aesthetic experience are highly encouraged to apply.
• Higher position may be offered to very experienced candidates.

Skills: Exceptionally organised, able to multitask, and adapt between different clinical environments. A meticulous, service-oriented team player.

Qualifications: GCE N Level and above. Proficient in clinic software and basic MS Office.

Languages: Fluent in English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with all patients.

Attitude: Proactive, eager to learn, and takes genuine pride in providing heartfelt care across a wide range of services.
