Job Description
- Patient registration in the clinic, scheduling of patients appointments including sending reminders
- Answering phone/SMS and email queries promptly
- Handle payments and prepare submissions of TPA (Third-Party) Claims, Medisave Claims, Insurance Claims and other documentations.
- Preparing patients medications for doctor to check, and dispensing medication
- Assist in performing simple inclinic procedures such as ECG and nebuliser treatments (training will be provided)
- Assist doctor during consultations / chaperone duties
- Handle 1st level patients complaints
- Maintain and update all patients records and in according to standard guidelines
- Assist in the daily running of the clinic and the upkeep of the clinic
- Manage medication, consumables and equipment including replenishment and housekeeping
- Any other administrative work involving patients care / records / the daily operation of the clinic
Job Requirements
- 5.5 days week (Weekday + 1 Weekend). Ability to commit to work on rotating (AM, Noon & Evening) and weekend shifts. No overnight shifts.
- Diploma in any discipline / GCE A Level / O Level / Higher NITEC
- At least 1 year experience in hospital/ medical clinic operation/front desk duties
- Experience in submission of insurance and Medisave claims
- Familiarity with clinic operations and/or usage of Plato CMS will be an added advantage
- Keen service attitude towards customer care and learning
- Ability to work in a team dependably.
Advantage (Not a definite requirement)
- Prior experience as an enrolled nurse.
- Ability to move between different clinics if needed, offering support where there are staffing gaps or increased demand.
- Familiarity on the usage of Plato CMS will be an added advantage
- Able to speak in Mandarin / Diaclets (to converse with Mandarin/Elderly speaking patient who could only speak Mandarin / Diaclets)
Salary will commensurate with experience.
