Clinic Assistant (Eyecare clinic)

• Up till $3,300 basic + Bonus

• Work time: Mon - Fri 8:30am to 5:00pm and Sat: 8:30am to 1pm | 5.5 days

Job Description:

• Provide frontline customer service and perform patients registration at the counter
• Handle phone calls and inquiries
• Assist in scheduling and rescheduling of appointments
• Dispense of medications
• Liaise with patients and family members and educate on follow up
• Handle payment collection and basic administrative duties
• Assist the doctor in clinical tests and minor procedures (training will be provided)
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• 1 year experience as a Clinic Assistant
• Customer service oriented with good communication skills
• Computer literate - good with excel and software
