Clinic Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated Clinic Assistant to join our team at EJ FAMILY CLINIC & SURGERY in Toa Payoh.

What you'll be doing

1. Greeting and checking in patients, managing appointment schedules and booking follow-up visits

2. Maintaining detailed patient records and updating medical histories in our database

3. Assisting practitioners with minor clinical procedures, preparation of treatment rooms, and general housekeeping duties

4. Answering phone and email inquiries in a professional and friendly manner

What we're looking for

1. Able to work in a fast-paced environment

2. Able to handle a few tasks at a time

3. Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail, with the capacity to multitask and prioritise effectively

4. Able to communicate in mandarin/ dialects to elderly patients
