Clinic Assistant Responsibilities
- Assist to register patients under the different category of private, Chas, Medisave or insurance patients
- Assist the doctors in procedures like ECG, surgical procedures and health examination
- Assist to pack medications according to what was dispensed and explain to patients how to take their medications
- Assist to collect payment or submit claims for Chas/Medisave/Insurance patients
- Assist to perform swab test for patients with flu like symptoms (Will be trained on the Swab technique and procedures)
- Assist to update Patient Risk Profile Portal (PRPP) and print out request form for sending of swab samples
- Maintain the cleanliness of the clinic
- Secondary duties include aiding the clinics marketing/ advertising/ communication campaigns or projects if needed
- Any other duties and conduct that are reasonably expected of a clinic assistant in a medical clinic
Personal Assistant Responsibilities
- Managing calendars and scheduling meetings or appointments.
- Answering phone calls and other correspondance such as email, letters, etc
- Taking minutes of meeting attended and ensure scheduled tasks are completed by liaising with relevant parties
- Organise and maintain documents
- Handle confidential documents with discretion and professionalism
- Translate documents and communication as and when needed
- Assist in any other duties as assigned
Time and Schedule Management
- Reminding about the important tasks, meetings, or deadlines.
- Ensuring schedule run smoothly and efficiently.
Requirement
- Sel-driven individual
- A team-player who can work independently
- Good interpersonal and communication skills (Written and oral)
- high organised and able to multi-task
- Diploma and above in any Dicipline
- Experience in healthcare operations will be advantageous
- Willing to travel to different sites and clinics
- Willing to work on weekend and public holidays occasionally as and when needed
