Are you passionate about delivering exceptional patient experiences We're looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to be the driving force behind seamless, high-quality care for our private patients.

This role is ideal for individuals with strong oncology administrative experience (such as PSA or PSE), as well as nurses who are keen to transition into a patient-focused administrative role.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact, handling enquiries from private patients with warmth and professionalism.
  • Prepare thoroughly for each appointment and ensure timely follow-ups for a smooth care journey.
  • Coordinate personalised care plans, supporting patients and their caregivers every step of the way.
  • Manage insurance-related enquiries and referrals efficiently
  • Work closely with specialists to coordinate referrals and continuity of care.
  • Provide end-to-end administrative and logistical support for patient visits and treatments.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external providers to deliver integrated care.
  • Continuously improve and streamline workflows to enhance private patient services.
  • Coordinate and support VIP/VVIP patient appointments with discretion and excellence.
  • Manage doctors schedules to optimise patient flow and experience.
  • Take on additional responsibilities that contribute to team success.

Requirements:

  • Minimum diploma in any discipline; a background in healthcare administration is preferred.
  • At least 1–2 years of administrative experience, ideally in a private specialist setting or healthcare setting.
  • Familiarity with clinic management systems and insurance is an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-first, compassionate attitude.
  • Highly organised, meticulous, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
