Responsibilities
- Able to perform facial treatments
- Able to dispense medication
- Preparation of clients for aesthetic treatments eg cleansing of face, applying numbing cream & photo taking
- Assisting the doctor performing aesthetic treatments.
- Attend to clients needs and provide professional advice on pre and post-treatment care
- Assist in scheduling and follow up clients appointments
- Maintain high service standards & good relationship with clients by providing warm and sincere client service.
- Ensure cleanliness of treatment room, thorough sterilisation of equipment, and proper disposal of consumables
- Collection of treatment payments
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year work experience in beauty spa industry
- CIDESCO, ITEC, CIBTAC or other beauty related qualifications is a bonus
- Able to converse in good English & Mandarin (to converse with clients)
- Able to work in a team & motivated to learn
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
- Service-oriented and customer-focused
- Willing to work 6 days work week.
