Responsibilities
- Partner with Client Partners to analyze client needs and develop integrated marketing and advertising strategies using various marketing solution tools.
- Use data, insights, and market intelligence to identify opportunities and guide strategy, execution, and optimization
- Plan, execute, and optimize media and creative strategies to deliver against client business objectives
- Define measurement frameworks, oversee tracking, and deliver performance insights and recommendations
- Manage budgets, dashboards, and analytics while providing real-time optimization guidance
- Collaborate with Client Partners to exceed revenue and yield goals for the assigned book of business
- Manage complex internal and external workstreams, ensuring operational excellence and timely delivery
- Oversee account operations including troubleshooting issues, policy compliance, and account setup
- Build strong relationships with senior and operational stakeholders across clients and agencies
- Work closely with cross-functional and regional teams to deliver cohesive client solutions
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience working with marketing, media, advertising, or consulting organizations, with demonstrated leadership capabilities
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail and tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging external clients
- Advanced Excel skills and experience translating data into actionable insights
