Job Description

This is an 8-months contract hire.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Client Partners to analyze client needs and develop integrated marketing and advertising strategies using various marketing solution tools.
  • Use data, insights, and market intelligence to identify opportunities and guide strategy, execution, and optimization
  • Plan, execute, and optimize media and creative strategies to deliver against client business objectives
  • Define measurement frameworks, oversee tracking, and deliver performance insights and recommendations
  • Manage budgets, dashboards, and analytics while providing real-time optimization guidance
  • Collaborate with Client Partners to exceed revenue and yield goals for the assigned book of business
  • Manage complex internal and external workstreams, ensuring operational excellence and timely delivery
  • Oversee account operations including troubleshooting issues, policy compliance, and account setup
  • Build strong relationships with senior and operational stakeholders across clients and agencies
  • Work closely with cross-functional and regional teams to deliver cohesive client solutions

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience working with marketing, media, advertising, or consulting organizations, with demonstrated leadership capabilities
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail and tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging external clients
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience translating data into actionable insights
  • Solid understanding of key advertising and performance met
