About the Role
Client is seeking a Client Solutions Manager CW for a contingent worker assignment based in Singapore. This role is designed to support client's business objectives by providing expert client solutions and account management. The position is temporary and not a full-time employment opportunity with Client.
Responsibilities
● Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional service and support.
● Develop and execute client strategies to maximize business outcomes.
● Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
● Analyze client needs and provide tailored recommendations.
● Monitor and report on campaign performance and client satisfaction.
● Maintain compliance with client's policies and procedures.
Minimum Requirements
● Proven experience in client solutions, account management, or a related field.
● Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and technologies.
● Based in Singapore, with eligibility to work in Singapore
- At least 5- 7 years of experience in performance marketing or direct response experience
- ● Business / Native-level proficiency in Vietnamese and English as you will be required to speak with external clients in the local language.
- Travel required to Vietnam every two months
- Contract Duration- 6 months from start date
