Job Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional service and support.
Develop and execute client strategies to maximize business outcomes.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
Analyze client needs and provide tailored recommendations.
Monitor and report on campaign performance and client satisfaction.
Maintain compliance with company's policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree with at least 5- 7 years of experience in performance marketing or direct response experience from technology, ecommerce, app gaming, performance marketing based agencies.
Proven experience in client solutions, account management, or a related field.
Experience in Meta Ads, Google or Tik Tok Ads
Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and technologies.
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Should have Business/ Native level proficiency in Vietnamese and English as the role will be required to speak with Vietnamese clients.
Use of AI/AI agent is desired.
