Our client is looking for a Client Solutions Manager to be a customer-focused, solutions-driven partner who helps advertisers succeed using data-driven marketing. Working closely with sales, this role supports clients with strategic guidance, campaign optimisation, and product education to drive revenue and strengthen long-term relationships. Success requires strong analytical skills, consultative selling, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. This role is a parental leave cover for 8 months, and is based in Singapore.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with sales to analyze client needs and develop integrated marketing strategies.
- Use data and insights to identify opportunities and improve campaign performance.
- Educate clients and agencies on advertising products and encourage adoption.
- Plan, execute, and optimize media and creative strategies to meet business goals.
- Track performance, manage budgets, and provide real-time recommendations.
- Ensure smooth account operations, including troubleshooting and monitoring policy compliance.
- Manage complex internal and external workflows and support operational efficiency.
- Build strong relationships with client stakeholders at all levels.
- Work closely with cross-functional and regional teams to drive results.
Requirements:
- Degree in marketing, business, or a technical field preferred
- Experience in marketing, media, consulting, or related fields with demonstrated leadership.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience analyzing data to generate insights.
- Understanding of key advertising performance metrics.
- Experience with the digital advertising (Direct Response marketing, data and technology solutions, ad-tech, partnerships, CRM, measurement fundamentals) and the eCommerce ecosystem a plus
- Experience with data visualization tools or analysis tools and relational databases such as Tableau, SQL a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
