Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with client partners to analyze client needs and craft integrated marketing and advertising strategies leveraging digital solutions to maximize client value.
- Utilize data, insights, and market intelligence to identify opportunities and guide the implementation of product solutions.
- Educate clients and agencies on product features, driving adoption and understanding of new tools and features.
- Drive internal product innovation by collaborating with cross-functional partners based on market trends and client business needs.
- Design and oversee measurement schemes, tracking, and reporting to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing solutions.
- Manage budget spend, analytics dashboards, and provide real-time optimization recommendations.
- Work closely with the Client Partner to meet and exceed sales and yield targets.
- Lead operational excellence by managing complex work streams and optimizing advertising operations to meet strategic objectives.
- Oversee internal account operations, including troubleshooting, policy enforcement, and financial setup.
- Build and nurture relationships with C-Suite executives and frontline stakeholders across clients and agencies.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams regionally and internally to ensure campaign success.
- Plan media and creative structures, overseeing campaign execution to deliver on business objectives.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or marketing field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 7 years experience in digital advertising, including direct response marketing, data and technology solutions, ad-tech, partnerships, CRM, and measurement fundamentals.
- Experience with data visualization and analysis tools such as Tableau, SQL, or similar.
- Proven success in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Experience working directly with marketing, media, or consulting firms, with demonstrated leadership.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior management.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, capable of building and maintaining client relationships.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, data analysis, and deriving actionable insights.
