Overview

LLAB is seeking an experienced Client Solutions Executive to handle the day-to-day management of key client accounts, with a strong focus on large and tech-driven brands. This role serves as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, owning project delivery from briefing through execution. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets and timelines, and drive high-quality, on-time, on-budget campaign delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Account & Project Management

  • Independently manage projects and campaigns.
  • Own project timelines, scopes, and budgets to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Maintain financial health across projects, including budget tracking and scope control.
  • Identify and contribute to business development opportunities.

Client Management

  • Act as the trusted day-to-day contact for clients, managing expectations and resolving issues proactively.
  • Present work clearly and confidently, securing internal and client approvals.
  • Oversee workflow planning and resource coordination across teams.
  • Build a strong understanding of client brands, categories, competitors, and market trends to add strategic value.

Creative

  • Evaluate creative work critically and provide clear POVs to elevate output beyond client asks.
  • Present and sell through small-scale campaign ideas and executions.
  • Ability to design, structure, and build clear, compelling presentation decks, including narrative flow and visual hierarchy.

Digital

  • Demonstrate strong familiarity with digital and social platforms, formats, and channels.
  • Understand the fundamentals of structuring digital and social projects and teams.

Requirements

Experience & Knowledge

  • Minimum 3 4 years of agency experience managing sizeable client accounts.
  • Strong understanding of print, digital, and content production processes.
  • Proven experience managing budgets and scopes.
