Client Solutions Engineer (Japanese Speaking)

We are partnering with a leading global fintech company that's accelerating its expansion across Asia. They are seeking a Solutions Engineer to drive growth in the Japan market. In this client-facing technical role, you will support the sales process, deliver product demonstrations and serve as the primary technical point of contact for institutional clients.

What you'll do

• Provide technical presentations, demos, and POCs for Japanese clients
• Understand client workflows and map them to platform capabilities
• Support API connectivity, configurations, and troubleshooting
• Work closely with global engineering teams on issues and enhancements
• Maintain strong client relationships post-implementation
• Localise documentation and user guides for Japanese users

What we're looking for

• Fluent Japanese speaker
• 25 years in software engineering roles
• Proficiency in Java or Python
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Willingness to travel to Japan when needed
• A keen interest in financial markets technology
