Job Description

As a Client Solution Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving client success through innovative marketing and creative strategies. You will be the strategic link between clients and our internal teams, ensuring projects are executed seamlessly, on time, and above expectations. This role is not just about account servicing, its about identifying opportunities, growing client relationships, and delivering smart, creative solutions that work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic partner to clients, understanding their business goals and aligning them with effective creative and marketing solutions.
  • Lead client engagements, manage relationships, and retain key accounts through excellent service and strategic value-add.
  • Collaborate with creative, strategy, and production teams to bring campaigns to life, from brief to execution.
  • Drive organic growth within accounts by identifying opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling.
  • Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and reporting with precision.
  • Translate client briefs into actionable insights for internal teams.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality work that meets or exceeds client expectations.

We Love

  • 35 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or client solutions, preferably in an integrated marketing or creative agency.
  • Proven track record in managing and growing client accounts.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic mindset with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple projects.
  • Digitally and socially fluent; comfortable with both traditional and digital campaign delivery.
  • Strong team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in the tech industry is a PLUS.
