Piloto Asia, a fast-growing regional consulting firm, provides clients with an integrated suite of Smart Business Solutions, namely Accounting, Tax & Finance, Incorporation & Corporate Secretarial, Corporate Bank Account Solutions, as well as Payroll & Immigration Services. We are inviting qualified candidates to fill the position as Client Servicing Manager (Hybrid)
About the Role
Client Success & Organic Growth (80%): You will take the primary responsibility of maintaining positive relationships with existing Piloto Asia clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention. Regular engagement is expected with the goal of upselling and generating referrals.
Your core responsibilities are
A - Strategic Account Reviews (Face-to-face): Conduct Semi-Annual Business Reviews (SA-BRs) for key accounts to demonstrate ROI and align Piloto Asia's services with the client's evolving business roadmap. Review compliance health, provide industry insights, and identify gaps for additional services (e.g., tax advisory, payroll, or visa support)
B - Drive a targeted 10% organic growth - Develop and execute a systematic referral program, actively seeking introductions from satisfied promoter clients following successful service milestones. Proactively identify and close upsell/cross-sell opportunities (e.g., additional entities, specialized tax filings) to meet a 10% annual portfolio growth target.
C - Execute on Actionable Insights - Utilize CRM data and health scores to proactively identify at-risk accounts for retention plays or high-growth accounts for expansion opportunities. Monitor account health signals (engagement frequency, type of request, turnaround time) to mitigate churn before it happens.
2. Strategic Growth Support (20%):
A - Marketing Synergy - Lead or support face-to-face consultations with high-value prospects, utilizing deep service knowledge to convert new business and identify early-stage upsell potential. Provide a feedback loop on common prospect pain points and market trends observed during meetings to refine our service offerings and sales messaging.
B- Partnership Synergy - Collaborate with the Singapore & overseas-based Partnership Managers to streamline the onboarding journey for partner-referred clients, ensuring a high-conversion first impression that facilitates long-term expansion.
