- Ability to lead discussion with One Agency on employee benefits matters.
- Ability to coordinate and work with internal stakeholders and external vendors to meet One Agency objectives.
- Preparation and conducting of employee communication sessions for employees.
- Preparation of renewal invitations and analytics, engage in negotiations to try to retain accounts.
- Ensuring all deadlines are met within industry standards.
- Develop and implement strategies on upselling/cross-selling new line of covers.
- Review and lead projects to improve existing work processes through automation.
- Collaborate with NB Business Development Managers when required in the securing of new businesses.
- Ability to build strong relationships with One Agency.

Working Experience
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in an employee benefits environment or insurance industry dealing with employee benefits (preferably)
Professional Qualifications
- Possess CMFAS M5, M9, and HI certifications (preferably)
Education
- Bachelor in Business or related fields of study
