Job Description

  • Ability to lead discussion with One Agency on employee benefits matters.
  • Ability to coordinate and work with internal stakeholders and external vendors to meet One Agency objectives.
  • Preparation and conducting of employee communication sessions for employees.
  • Preparation of renewal invitations and analytics, engage in negotiations to try to retain accounts.
  • Ensuring all deadlines are met within industry standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies on upselling/cross-selling new line of covers.
  • Review and lead projects to improve existing work processes through automation.
  • Collaborate with NB Business Development Managers when required in the securing of new businesses.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with One Agency.

Working Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in an employee benefits environment or insurance industry dealing with employee benefits (preferably)

Professional Qualifications

  • Possess CMFAS M5, M9, and HI certifications (preferably)

Education

  • Bachelor in Business or related fields of study

Language

  • English
