ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Client Servicing & Administrative Support to provide high-quality support to our clients and internal team. This role involves managing client onboarding and compliance, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring a smooth client experience through strong organization and attention to detail.
Main Responsibilities
Client Servicing
- Collate and review client documents.
- Coordinate compliance reviews with third parties.
- Issue and complete onboarding paperwork.
- Manage, organize, and file client documentation.
- Prepare client activity reports.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date KYC and onboarding records in line with company policies.
Administrative & Team Support
- Communicate with clients (email, phone, video conference, in-person) to collect and verify personal, financial, or investment details.
- Liaise with banks and service providers for compliance reviews, account openings, and client updates.
- Assist with expense claims, billing/invoicing, reporting, scheduling, and event coordination.
- Support colleagues with general office-related and administrative tasks.
Collaboration & Process Support
- Maintain strong client relationships to support retention and referrals.
- Work closely with team members to ensure smooth client service.
- Contribute to internal process improvements and updates to SOPs.
- Assist with ad hoc projects and tasks when required.
Required Skills
- Communication: Strong written and spoken English; additional languages an advantage.
- Interpersonal Skills: Active listening and ability to build rapport with high-net-worth individuals.
- Organization: Detail-oriented, with strong time management and multitasking abilities.
- Problem-Solving: Analytical skills to address client concerns (basic financial literacy desirable).

- Integrity: Responsible, reliable, and respectful of confidentiality and data privacy.
Experience and Qualifications
- Education: Bachelors Degree in a related field preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with ERP/CRM systems (e.g., Xero, Salesforce, Hubspot).
- Experience: 35 years in client service or administration, ideally in financial/professional services (wealth management or private banking a plus).
