Introduction
ZACD Group Ltd is a Singapore-incorporated company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, operating an integrated real estate investment and development platform covering fund management, property development, asset management and structured investment vehicles.
We are looking to fill 3 vacancies for this role.
Those without relevant experience or sectors - training shall be provided.
Reporting Line:
Primary: Group Chairman
Secondary: Investment Director
Key Responsibilities:
A. Investor Sourcing & Acquisition
- Build and manage a pipeline of potential investors, including accredited investors, HNW/UHNW individuals, family offices, external asset managers, wealth managers, private bankers, corporate investors, and strategic partners.
- Identify new investor channels and develop relationships in Singapore, Indonesia, China, and other selected Asian markets
B. Investor Engagement & Relationship Management
- Conduct investor meetings and showcase ZACD's investment propositions.
- Maintain regular contact with prospects and existing investors.
- Handle investor objections, concerns, and due diligence questions with maturity.
C. Capital Raising Support
- Support fundraising campaigns for new funds, SPVs, co-investment opportunities, and project-specific vehicles.
- Track fundraising pipeline, investor interest levels, expected commitment amounts, closing probability, and next actions.
D. Investor Onboarding & Coordination
- Lead investor onboarding with compliance, finance, fund administration, legal, and operations teams.
- Support AML/KYC documentation, subscription documents, investor declarations, and internal approvals.
E. Investor Reporting & Retention
- Support ongoing investor communications, fund updates, performance summaries, distribution notices, and portfolio updates.
- Help retain existing investors and identify opportunities for repeat investment.
- Capture investor feedback and market sentiment for management review.
Requirements
Experience
- 4 - 7 years relevant experience in wealth/investment management.
- Business Development professionals as well as Sales professionals from other sectors possessing strong financial literacy and analytical skills are welcome to apply too
- Experience with family offices, HNW investors, real estate funds, private market, asset management, or equivalent, would be advantageous, but not mandatory.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Cross border experience not neccesary (training will be provided)
Technical Skills
- Strong communication and storytelling skills.
- Know-how in investor suitability, AML/KYC discipline, and regulated sales conduct expectations (those without relevant experience - training shall be provided).
- Strong CRM discipline and follow-up tracking.
- Able to prepare clear investor updates and meeting summaries.
