Job Responsibilities
- Manage corporate client accounts and handle feedback, enquiries, and issue resolution
- Support training administration including course registration, documentation checks, and logistics coordination
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
- Follow up on enrolments, payments, and outstanding invoices in coordination with finance team
- Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Job Requirements
- Able to commit to 5.5-day work week, including rotating weekend half-day schedule
- Prior experience in customer service, training administration, or related environment is advantageous
- Strong communication skills with the ability to handle enquiries across different channels
- Good organisational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Able to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients when required
