Role Overview
We are looking for a client-facing executive to manage end-to-end Permanent Residency (PR) application support, including client communication, document collection, and submission through the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) portal. This role requires strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Communication (Main Part of Role)
- Liaise with clients to explain PR application requirements and process
- Guide clients on required documents, timelines, and expectations
- Follow up consistently to ensure timely document submission
- Conduct face-to-face or virtual consultations when needed
2. Document Collection & Review
- Collect, check, and organise client documents for PR submission
- Ensure completeness and accuracy before submission
- Flag missing or weak documents and advise clients accordingly
3. PR Application Submission
- Prepare and submit PR applications via ICA e-PR system
- Track application progress and update clients regularly
- Handle basic follow-ups or clarifications if required
4. Process Coordination
- Maintain proper records of all client submissions
- Work with internal team (sales / recruitment) to align timelines
- Improve document collection workflow to reduce delays
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree (any field)
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable handling clients (face-to-face / WhatsApp / calls)
- Detail-oriented and organised
- Basic administrative / coordination experience preferred
