drcom group is seeking an enthusiastic Account Executive/Client Servicing Executive to join our dynamic team. This role plays a pivotal part in maintaining client satisfaction and expanding our key client accounts in the APAC market. As an Account Executive, you will work within a team to oversee the seamless execution of projects from briefing to delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes and building strong client relationships.
A keen interest in the health sciences/healthcare and marketing is essential.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Client/Account Management:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key and strategic accounts
- Understand client requirements and growth strategies to plan and develop tailored project solutions for the commercialisation of pharmaceuticals
- Assist the client servicing team in addressing project challenges and providing actionable insights
- Stay informed about company offerings, effectively present services and solutions to clients
- Collaborate with internal teams on sales and marketing initiatives to drive business growth
- Develop and deliver innovative proposals and strategic sales presentations
- Provide recommendations for new products, service extensions, or enhancements based on client needs
Project & Team Coordination:
- Monitor and report on KPIs, including opportunities, invoicing, and transformation rates
- Ensure adherence to growth objectives
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to deliver excellence in project execution
- Support team members to foster professional development and teamwork
JOB REQUIREMENTS
General Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Bio-medical, Pharmacy, Medical, Healthcare, Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Digital Media, Public Relations majors
- Prior internship in a healthcare company will be a big plus.
Required Skills:
- Interest in healthcare marketing, disease awareness and patient engagement
- Digitally savvy within the Healthcare Industry.
- Keen interest in client servicing and building professional, long-term partnerships
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills to provide recommendations and solutions to clients.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a proactive approach to client engagement
