Role Overview
As a Client Experience Executive, you will represent the professionalism and precision that define our services. You will guide clients through incorporation and corporate secretarial processes, manage onboarding workflows, ensure documentation accuracy, and deliver communication that reflects our high standards. This is a disciplined, system-driven role in a high-growth environment where accountability and responsiveness are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Client Communication
Respond to client enquiries via email and chat in a clear, structured, and professional manner.
Guide clients through incorporation, compliance, and corporate secretarial requirements.
Provide accurate information on regulatory timelines and documentation.
Onboarding & Documentation
Review submitted forms and documents for completeness and accuracy.
Coordinate KYC and compliance documentation.
Ensure proper filing procedures are followed.
Workflow Management
Track case progress and ensure deadlines are met.
Liaise with internal compliance and corporate secretarial teams.
Maintain accurate and organized internal records.
Service Quality
Uphold our standards of clarity, speed, and professionalism.
Escalate complex matters appropriately.
Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills
Able to handle multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable working with digital systems and structured workflows.
Experience in corporate services, compliance, banking, or client servicing is a plus.
Familiarity with Singapore incorporation processes is beneficial.
