Job Summary
Join DB&B as a Client Services Executive to support post-handover services, coordinate client requests, and ensure seamless communication between clients, internal teams, and vendors, enhancing the overall client experience.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and track client service requests to ensure timely and accurate resolution
- Facilitate clear and proactive communication between clients, internal teams, and vendors to maintain smooth project workflows
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by addressing inquiries and providing consistent support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve client satisfaction
- Manage documentation and follow-up processes to support post-handover service delivery
- Apply attention to detail in managing client information and service records to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Demonstrate a service-oriented mindset by anticipating client needs and delivering responsive support
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in a relevant field
- 1-3 years of experience in client service or coordination
- Strong communication skills applied to client interactions and team collaboration
- Organizational skills demonstrated through managing multiple client requests and follow-ups
- Ability to work effectively as a team player with a client-focused approach
