Job Summary

Join DB&B as a Client Services Executive to support post-handover services, coordinate client requests, and ensure seamless communication between clients, internal teams, and vendors, enhancing the overall client experience.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and track client service requests to ensure timely and accurate resolution
  • Facilitate clear and proactive communication between clients, internal teams, and vendors to maintain smooth project workflows
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by addressing inquiries and providing consistent support
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve client satisfaction
  • Manage documentation and follow-up processes to support post-handover service delivery
  • Apply attention to detail in managing client information and service records to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Demonstrate a service-oriented mindset by anticipating client needs and delivering responsive support

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in a relevant field
  • 1-3 years of experience in client service or coordination
  • Strong communication skills applied to client interactions and team collaboration
  • Organizational skills demonstrated through managing multiple client requests and follow-ups
  • Ability to work effectively as a team player with a client-focused approach
